Our platform wechange.de supports people in organizing themselves into groups and projects, collaborating online and networking locally and internationally. To this end, we provide all members with a variety of online tools for self-organization.

With the introductory training, you can find out whether wechange.de meets your requirements or how you can use the platform even more effectively. The offer is aimed at (potential) users and multipliers.

At the beginning, we collect your individual wishes and expectations and inform you about the structure of the platform. Using our integrated video conference tool, we then take you into the platform via screen share and show you clearly which networking and online organization options are available to you with wechange.de. We explain the basic functions of groups and projects, Rocket.Chat, Nextcloud, Etherpads, calendars and much more. At the end, there is space for your questions or for in-depth study with explicit application examples.

Would you like to make better use of certain features available to you on wechange.de? The training provides space to introduce and illustrate the functions and possibilities of using features such as Rocket.Chat or Nextcloud for projects, organizations, clubs and private individuals.

Rocket.Chat
Rocket.Chat has been integrated into wechange.de since autumn 2021. The training provides space to introduce and illustrate the functions and possibilities of using Rocket.Chat for projects, organizations, clubs and private individuals. We talk about group chats and private messages as well as their individual functions and possibilities, channels, threads, mobile options, access to the desktop client, etc.

Nextcloud
Since autumn 2021, the functions of the online file storage Nextcloud and OnlyOffice, a tool for collaborative document editing, have been integrated into wechange.de. The training provides space to introduce and illustrate the functions and possibilities of using Nextcloud and OnlyOffice for projects, clubs, organizations and private individuals.
We will show you how to create, format and collaborate on text documents, spreadsheets and presentations with OnlyOffice, and provide an introduction to managing file storage and sharing documents with Nextcloud, the mobile application with the Nextcloud app, setting up and using the desktop client for local synchronization and much more.

BigBlueButton / Video Conference Pro
By activating Video Conference Pro you can use BigBlueButton as a group or project on wechange.de. The video conferencing system is open source and meets particularly strict data protection and security requirements. In the training, we will show you the diverse possibilities of BigBlueButton, from breakout rooms and surveys to recordings and shared use of the whiteboard.
