Hei! Wir-das sind Paula, Isabel und Eric- planen, Ende diesen Jahres die AbfüllBar im Leipziger Westen zu eröffnen. Sie soll ein weiterer Ort sein, an dem Menschen unverpackte Lebensmittel (und mehr) einkaufen können.

"Was? Noch ein Unverpacktladen in Leipzig?"

Klare Antwort: Auf jeden Fall!!!

Nur, wenn es irgendwann genau so viele (oder mehr) solcher Läden wie Supermärkte gibt, können wir den Einwegverpackungsmüll deutlich reduzieren.
Denn in Deutschland werden jährlich noch immer 5 Tonnen Plastikmüll produziert, von denen leider nur 16% recycelt werden.*
Es gibt also noch Raum für Verbesserung ;)

Hei peepz! We- Paula, Isabel and Eric- are planning to open up the AbfüllBar in Leipzig at the end of yhis year. It's going to be another place where people can shop in bulk and without disposable packaging.

You may ask "Another zero waste shop in Leipzig?"

ABSOLUTELY!!!

Only if there are as much ( or even more) of this shops as there are "normal" grocery stores, we can reduce the amount of disposable packaging significantly.
Because in Germany 5 million tons of plastic waste are produced each year- and only 16% of them get recycled.*
So there's still a lot of room for improvement, isn't it? ;)
