Der Ernährungsrat Braunschweig und Braunschweiger Land (ERBSL) wurde im November 2022 gegründet. InitiatorInnen sind Fridays For Future Braunschweig, TransitionTownBraunschweig, Regionale Energie- und Klimaschutzagentur (reka e.V.), Fridays For Future Braunschweig sowie SlowFood und das Thünen-Institut.
