I'm Abera Argo Lankamo (mr), dean, Hawassa College of Teacher Education. My Master's degree is in Regional and Local development Studies (RLDS) and my first degree is in Educational Administration (EdAD). I've worked at several professional and Managerial positions in Education system and outside. I've worked in Education system as primary school teacher, Principal of both primary and secondary schools, Head of District Education Office, section head at Zonal Education Department, lecturer at university level, and currently I'm working as dean of Hawassa College of Teacher Education. I've also worked in an international NGO as deputy director of Area development program. I'm engaged in some research activities and have 2 publications individually and one in group. My interest is on educational research.
