My name is Iuliia Maskova and I’ve been working for 4 years to promote a responsible energy and environmental policy that works to invest in sustainable energy and ecology. Nowadays I also work in the development of civil society, local communities and institutions, and support initiatives in the sphere of State youth policy. My main principle is to work for mission-based organizations, rather than profit-based organizations.
In that case your work will be making a significant contribution towards a better tomorrow. It will bring a sense of job satisfaction and self-motivation to do more. That being said, when you sit at one point of time, thinking about what your life was all about, it is nice to know that you have helped couple of families to get their aid packages, or simply helped to educate people about a cause that is important, and sooner than you might think, it will hit you that your life is more than just Uni and getting a good job.
Reality aside, discovering yourself require travels, experience and life-changing moment (mine was when I worked with Down syndrome children).
