Der gemeinnützige Bildungsverein CAMBIO e.V. wurde 2015 in Dresden gegründet. Der Fokus unseres Vereins liegt in der non-formalen entwicklungspolitischen Bildungsarbeit mit Fokus auf Globales Lernen. Wir führen Projekte für unterschiedliche Altersgruppen in verschiedensten Bildungsinstitutionen sowie im öffentlichen Raum in Dresden und Umland durch. Mit unserer Bildungsarbeit wollen wir globale Zusammenhänge sichtbarer machen, den eigenen Einfluss darauf verdeutlichen und zu mehr Engagement motivieren. Multiplikator:innen sollen inspiriert und Globales Lernen als Konzept bekannter gemacht werden. CAMBIO heißt Veränderung und Wandel auf Spanisch. Dabei geht es uns um global-soziale Gerechtigkeit und -ökologische Nachhaltigkeit. Ziel unserer Arbeit ist das Gute Leben für alle weltweit durch transformative Bildung. Besonders gern benutzen wir auch kunstpädagogische Methoden - vor allem in unserem Festival "Political Art Days" im September. Der Verein ist im Entwicklungspolitischen Netzwerk Sachsens und unser Büro im Umweltzentrum Dresden.

We are a diverse collective of people with different backgrounds. In June 2015, we founded ourselves as an educational association in Dresden and now count more than 30 members and active people. Our association is an actor of non-formal as well as transformative learning and is approved as a non-profit organization. The concept we use is called Global Learning or Global Citizenship Education. We also like to combine it with artistical methods.
CAMBIO means change in Spanish. We have chosen this name because we want to initiate and promote a social-ecological change in society. The motivation for our work is the promotion of a culture of togetherness and a good life for all worldwide.
