  2. Experiences and the institutions that they represent can participate positively in the proposals and objectives of the project.
  3. Due to a variety of methodological and pedagogical perspectives, there exist different proposals in the region that of interest to the global project.
  4. It is important to interchange experiences and know better those of others in the world involved in the project in order to advance collectively.
  5. The institutional issue regarding resources is important and needs special attention
  6. Three years for the project is sufficient to gather results for the international, national and local communities.
  7. It is important to establish links between formal schooling systems and informal/non-formal education in relation to indigenous communities.
  8. The analysis of the context and of each territory is culturally fundamental in order to provide an education that empowers people to obtain autonomy.
  9. The educational authorities should take leadership for each project but should link with other faculties, departments and programs, and with the indigenous communities/territories so that the research is multi/transdisciplinary.
10.The new technologies for communication are essential for the work to be carried out with indigenous communities.
