Human Rights Online is a website designed as a tool to facilitate transnational communication and information exchange for human rights activists across the Eastern Partnership and Russia.

It was initiated by the German section of the International Society for Human Rights in Frankfurt and is represented by partner organisations working in human rights in all 7 countries (ISHR sections in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Russia, and Ukraine), who contribute blog posts about current human rights issues in their countries and carry out workshops on the ground.

It has recieved support from the German Foreign Office since 2016.
