• until 15:00 o'clock (Europe/Berlin)

  • During our German-Polish methodological training for multipliers, we’ll focus on three core questions:

    • How is our planet doing? - Diagnosis and responsibility
    • What has led to its current state? - Historical and theoretical background
    • How can we get out of this situation and act more sustainably? - A critical look at various paths

Together we will explore various methods and models from the field of Education for Sustainable Development (ESD), transformative learning and degrowth education - e.g. the concept of ecological boundaries by Johan Rockström et al., the interconnectednes of ecological systems, ressource (over)use and questions related to growth.
Besides learning new methods and reflecting upon them, participants will have plenty of opportunities for exchange between colleagues from Germany and Poland.

The training is designed for teachers working in general or professional education and (future) multipliers in non-formal education (e.g. environmental activists, educators for climate protection or ESD) from Germany and Poland.
Trainers Jakub Rok (Trainerkollektiv Lepiej, Warsaw) and Elisabeth Kremer (Kreisau-Initiative e.V., Berlin)
The seminar is part of the modular training cycle “Courage to Change, Courage to Act”.
