Klimakrise, Rassismuskrise, Coronakrise…Äußere gesellschaftliche Krisen spiegeln sich auch in unseren eigenen Leben, unseren Gefühlswelten und unseren Körpern wider. Sie betreffen uns alle gemeinsam und doch unterschiedlich.
Menschen, die sich für radikalen Wandel, für soziale und ökologische globale Gerechtigkeit einsetzen, sind vielfachen politischen und persönlichen Herausforderungen ausgesetzt. Nicht selten verzweifeln sie an den Widerständen, Verletzungen und komplexen Widersprüchlichkeiten, die sie in ihrem gesellschaftlichen Engagement erleben.
Wir laden Euch ein, einen gemeinsamen mutigen Raum für Menschen mit unterschiedlichen gesellschaftlichen Positionierungen und Erfahrungen zu gestalten, in dem wir mit Offenheit, Achtsamkeit und „Radikaler Zärtlichkeit“ unterschiedliche Perspektiven miteinander verbinden und auch Unangenehmes aushalten.

Radikale Zärtlichkeit ist eine Einladung, uns gleichsam kritisch und liebevoll mit den widersprüchlichen, schönen und schmerzhaften Dingen in uns, zwischen uns und um uns herum zu verbinden und mit der Kultur der Separation zu brechen.
In diesem Seminar stärken wir unser kritisches Bewusstsein, unsere individuellen und kollektiven Fähigkeiten, im Spannungsfeld von kritischem Aktivismus, gesellschaftlichen Machtstrukturen und persönlichen Verstrickungen.
Wir arbeiten mit partizipativen, biographischen, natur-, beziehungs- und körperorientierten Methoden, um verschiedene Zugänge und Kräfte für einen widerstandsfähigen gesellschaftlichen Aktivismus zu stärken.
Hinweise zum Veranstaltungsort: Der Workshop findet in der Villa Fohrde statt (nordwestlich von Brandenburg an der Havel, mehr Infos hier: https://www.villa-fohrde.de/). Unterbringung erfolgt in Einzelzimmern. Von Freitagabend bis Sonntagmittag gibt es eine vegane Vollverpflegung.
Referent*innen:
Carina Flores (Leipzig): Ich bin Bildungsaktivistin, Trainerin in der Politischen Bildung & Globalem Lernen, eine von Emotionen getragene Woman of Color, überlebende Akademikerin. Wichtige Bezugspunkte meines Bildungsansatzes sind antirassistische, feministische und dekoloniale Perspektiven. Ich spreche mich für radikale Menschenliebe aus. Musik und Natur sind mir eine hoffnungsgebende, wiederständige und emanzipatorische Quelle.
Timo Holthoff (Hannover): Ich bin Bildner und Organisationsberater zu transformativer Bildung und systemischem Wandel. Ich habe 10 Jahre lang für (internat.) NROs im Bereich Globales Lernen gearbeitet. Mich bewegen der Zusammenhang zwischen innerer und äußerer Welt und mein eigener dekolonialer ERlernprozess als Teil des modernen Krisensystems. Ich stehe für eine Kultur der Verbundenheit in einer verstrickten Welt,
die unter Trennungsschmerz leidet. Radikaler Gesellschaftswandel braucht für mich eine liebevolle Pädagogik, die Verbindung schafft (www.welt-beziehung-bilden.org).

Climate crisis, racism crisis, corona crisis…External societal crises are also reflected in our own lives, in our emotional worlds and bodies. They affect us all together and yet differently.
People working for radical change, for social and environmental global justice, face multiple political and personal challenges. It is not uncommon for them to despair in the light of challenges, power structures, complex contradictions and the pain they experience in their social engagement.
We invite you to create a shared courageous space for people with different social positionings and experiences, in which we connect different perspectives with openness, mindfulness and „Radical Tenderness“ to also endure unpleasantness.
„Radical tenderness means collectivizing our hearts so that they break open and not apart“ (Dani d‘ Emilia).
Radical tenderness is an invitation to connect critically and lovingly with the contradictory, beautiful and painful things within us, between us and around us, and to break with the culture of separation.
In this seminar we strengthen our critical consciousness, our individual and collective capacities. We focus on activism, social power structures and personal entanglements.
We work with participatory, biographical, nature-, relationship- and body-oriented methods to strengthen different approaches and forces for a resilient social activism.
Notes on the venue: the workshop will take place at the Villa Fohrde (in the Northwest of Brandenburg an der Havel, more info here: https://www.villa-fohrde.de/). Accommodation will be in single rooms. From Friday afternoon to Sunday noon, there is a vegan full board.
Speakers:
Carina Flores (Leipzig): I am an educational activist, trainer in civic education & global learning, an emotionally driven Woman of Color, surviving academic. Important reference points of my educational approach are anti-racist, feminist and decolonial perspectives. I advocate for radical human love. Music and nature are a hope-giving, restorative and emancipatory source for me.
Timo Holthoff (Hannover): I am an educational and organizational consultant on transformative education and radical change. I have been working for (international) NGOs in the field of global learning for 10 years. I am moved by the connection between the inner and outer world and my process of UNlearning as part of the modern crisis system. I stand for a culture of unity in an entangled world that is suffering under the pain of seperation. Crisis climática, crisis racial, corona crisis... Las crisis sociales también se reflejan en nuestras vidas, en nuestras emociones y en nuestros cuerpos. Nos afectan a todos juntos y, sin embargo, de manera diferente.
Las personas que se comprometen a favor de un cambio radical en el sistema, por la justicia global social y ecológica se enfrentan a múltiples desafíos tanto políticos como personales. Sin embargo, muchos se desesperan ante estos desafíos, ante las heridas y las complejas incoherencias que experimentan en el recorrido de su compromiso social.
En este Taller les invitamos a crear un espacio valiente y común para que sea posible con sinceridad, atención y sobre todo con “ternura radical”, unir diferentes perspectivas, entre personas con diferentes posiciones sociales y experiencias y así mismo poder lidiar con temas desagradables.

La ternura radical es una invitación a conectarnos en forma crítica y sensible con las contradicciones, bellas y dolorosas que hay en nosotros, entre nosotros y a nuestro alrededor, y de esta forma romper con la cultura de la separación.
En este seminario fomentamos nuestra conciencia crítica, nuestras habilidades individuales y colectivas, en el área conflictiva entre el activismo crítico, las estructuras sociales de poder y las implicaciones personales.
En el Taller trabajaremos con métodos participativos, biográficos, orientados en la naturaleza, y basados en el cuerpo para fortalecer los diferentes puntos de enfoque que promuevan un activismo resiliente

Mi trabajo educativo se basa en una perspectiva antirracista, feminista y decolonial. La música y la naturaleza son para mí, fuentes de esperanza, resistencia y emancipación.
Timo Holthoff (Hannover): Soy educador y facilitador organizacional en educación transformativa y cambio radical (MUNDO, RELACIÓN, EDUCACIÓN). Trabajé para ONGs (internacionales) en el área del aprendizaje global durante 10 años. Me conmueve la conexión entre el mundo interior y exterior y mi proceso de DESaprendizaje como parte del sistema de crisis moderno.
