#STORYFELD ist eine sinnliche Denkfabrik in Geschichten statt Argumenten.

Frauen und queere Menschen sind zunehmend im öffentlichen Raum und in Führungspositionen vertreten. Welche Chancen ergeben sich daraus für die Gesellschaft als Ganzes? Können die seit Jahrtausenden überwiegend von Cis-Männern* geprägten Machtstrukturen in den nächsten Jahrzehnten aufgebrochen werden? Wie werden die Führungsstile und Kommunikationsformen der Zukunft aussehen?

Wenn Frauen, queere Menschen, Geflüchtete und Migrant:innen sowie junge Menschen im Parlament vertreten sind, wie lässt sich dann Diversität in unserer Gesellschaft verwirklichen? Entsteht dadurch mehr Basisdemokratie - auch über Ländergrenzen hinweg?

Im #STORYFELD Erfurt geht Moderatorin Carina Heidl gemeinsam mit ihren Gast-Storyteller:innen und dem Publikum auf den Grund.

Jede der drei Erzähl-Runden beginnt mit einer Impulsgeschichte und anschließend erzählt das Publikum in kleiner Runde. In der ersten Runde teilen wir Geschichten unserer Erfahrungen als und mit Führungspersönlichkeiten aus dem Berufsalltag. In der zweiten Runde “Wir” Geschichten von unseren Erfahrungen in Bewegungen und Organisationen. In der dritten Runde entwerfen wir gemeinsam Zukunftsvisionen. Eine oder mehrere Geschichte aus jeder Kleinrunde wird mit dem ganzen Publikum geteilt. Der Austausch findet im geschützten Raum statt und jede* Teilnehmende ist frei, sich einzubringen, über sich zu erzählen oder eben nur zuzuhören.

Was erwartet Euch beim STORYFELD? Platz für Eure Geschichten. Ernstzunehmende sowie verspielte Beiträge zum aktuellen Diskurs. Unerwartete Erkenntnisse, spontane Ideen von allen, gegenseitige Inspiration - und schlussendlich Mut zu Visionen!

STORYFELD ist ein dreijähriges Projekt der Storytelling Arena – an 16 Standorten bundesweit (2020 – 2023). #STORYFELD Erfurt findet in Kooperation mit der Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung Thüringen sowie das Studio.Box am Theater Erfurt statt.

Do women (and FLINTA*) lead differently? Storytellers and the audience search for the forms of leadership of the future.

STORYFELD is a sensory think tank with stories instead of arguments.

Women and queer people are increasingly represented in the public sphere and in leadership positions. What opportunities does this present for society as a whole? Can the male power structures that have prevailed for millennia be broken down in the coming decades? What will the leadership styles and forms of communication of the future look like?

If women, queer people and those with experience of migration are represented in parliament, how can diversity be realized in our society? Will this create more local participation in democracy - even across regional and national borders?

In #STORYFELD Erfurt, our presenter Carina Heidl explores these questions and finds answers together with her guest storytellers and the audience.

STORYFELD is a discourse in "stories instead of arguments" on the issues of our time. What can you expect at STORYFELD? Space for your stories. Serious, but also playful contributions to the current discourse. Unexpected insights, spontaneous ideas and finally the courage to create visions!

Each of the three storytelling rounds begins with an impulse story from the guest storyteller, followed by a storytelling exchange in groups of around four participants in the audience. In the first round, we share stories about our experiences with or as leaders from the professional world. In the second round, we tell "we" stories of organisations, companies, or movements. In the third round, we create visions for the future. One story or more stories from each small round will be shared with the entire audience. The storytelling takes place in a safe space where the participants are free to contribute, to tell their stories or just listen.

STORYFELD is a three-year project of the Storytelling Arena - at 16 locations nationwide (2020 - 2023). #STORYFELD Erfurt takes place in cooperation with the Heinrich Böll Foundation Thuringia and the Studio.Box at Theater Erfurt.
