Despite all our efforts, we will not be able to prevent all the impacts of climate change on the city of Berlin. The city needs to find ways to adapt to rising temperatures and extensive dry summers, with measures such as the creation of green spaces and the unsealing of paved roads. How do we implement these measures? And how will this adaptation influence our daily lives as individuals? Join us for this final Climate Talk before the Young Climate Conference Berlin where we explore and discuss with experts and with you how Berlin can and should prepare its infrastructure and citizens for the things to come.

The events of our Young Climate CAMPUS Berlin are all about connecting, exchanging, learning and developing ideas in a series of digital events focusing on the fields of action of the BEK 2030.
In our previous CAMPUS events, we have focused on urban development, our private consumption, solar energy, transport and economy in Berlin (if you’re curious, take a look into the live stream recordings on our website) – five of the six fields of action of the Berlin Energy and Climate Protection Programme 2030 (BEK 2030). We will conclude the CAMPUS with this event, putting our heads together with experts and everyone who’s interested in exploring current necessities and future possibilities on how to transform Berlin into a carbon-neutral city by 2050.
