Where does Berlin stand on its way to a #SolarCity? Which actions can we as citizens take in order to encourage and support a more carbon-neutral energy consumption within the city? How can we maximise the given potential? In this third Climate Talk, we want to take a closer look at Berlin’s Masterplan Solar City: its aims, its challenges and how we can participate in this ambitious urban energy transformation.

Get the chance to actively join the discussion, share your thoughts and perspectives and exchange with the speakers by joining the zoom-meeting! We will once again go live with this event, so if you would rather like to look into the discussion instead of engaging actively, you can also watch the event via livestreaming on our website!

The events of our Young Climate CAMPUS Berlin are all about connecting, exchanging, learning and developing ideas in a series of digital events focusing on the fields of action of the BEK 2030.
In our previous CAMPUS events, we have focused on urban development and our private consumption (if you’re curious, take a look into the live stream recordings on our website) – two of the six fields of action of the Berlin Energy and Climate Protection Programme 2030 (BEK 2030). We will continue discovering further fields of action in our next events, putting our heads together with experts and everyone who’s interested in exploring current necessities and future possibilities on how to transform Berlin into a carbon-neutral city by 2050.
