Specific professional experience
• Expertise in climate change, sustainable energy, energy efficiency in Central Asia related to the implementation of the activities with 7 years of experience, relevant to the position.
• Expertise in environment and sustainable development related to the implementation of the activities with 15 years of experience, relevant to the position.
• Overall good knowledge of the environmental, economic, political and social situation in five Central Asian Countries.
• Demonstrated familiarity to work with national and local authorities, energy managers in municipalities and NGOs including at decision-making level and develop effective working partnerships with stakeholders.
• Experience with National authorities and Covenant of Mayors’ signatory cities during the work as Key expert of the CoMoEast project.
• Experience with National authorities and water-related stakeholders during the work as Deputy Chief of Party on the “Smart Waters” USAID project.
