Empowerment durch Boxing für BPOC FLINT & Mädchen

This training is specially for immigrants and BPoC* We would like to offer this training according to your wishes and needs in as far as we can. Edna trains boxing and is always happy to share her knowledge and to learn from you. It is also important to pass on the philosophy of boxing and how training can be incorporated into everyday life, whether in stressful or difficult situations in everyday life or in verbal / physical attacks on the street.

About: Edna Martínez, political activist, black woman from Colombia and mother. Has completed her doctorate in sociology. In Colombia, she co-founded the study program for Afro with other activists and worked in the Observatory Against Racial Discrimination. In Germany, she works with refugees, is co-founder and chairwoman of LAFI (Latin American women's initiative in Neukölln), and boxing trainer.

Diese Training ist nur für Migrant*innen und für BPoC*. Wir werden die Möglichkeit haben dieses Training nach den Wünschen und Bedürfnissen der Teilnehmenden, soweit möglich, zu gestalten. Edna trainiert Boxing und freut sich immer wieder ihre Wissen weitergeben zu können und auch von euch zu lernen. Wichtig ist auch, die Philosophie des Boxing weiterzugeben, und wie das Training in den Alltag eingebracht kann, egal ob in stressigen oder schwierige Situationen im Alltag oder bei verbale/körperliche Angriffe auf der Straße.
