Dabei bleibt es nicht aus, dass die Server auch mal vom Netz genommen werden müssen. Als Abschlussprojekt einer Web & App Developer Weiterbildung habe ich die **Vegan Ice Cream App *Eis mit Stil*** programmiert. Mit der App kann man Eisläden (mit veganem Angebot) eintragen, bewerten und als Favoriten abspeichern. Ich habe unterwegs immer so eine App vermisst und hatte Schwierigkeiten, in neuen Städten Eisläden mit veganem Angebot ausfindig zu machen. Die App ist im Play Store und als Web App erschienen. Aus Kostengründen (vorerst noch) nicht im Apple App Store, aber ihr könnt sie auch als Quasi-App für iOS installieren. **Web:** https://eis-mit-stil.netlify.app/ **Android:** https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=eismitstil.app **iOS:** 1. Ich bin für jedes persönliche und ehrliche Feedback dankbar - auch wie ich die App bekannt machen könnte -, weil ich die App gerne, so weit es meine Zeit und mein Budget (...Betriebskosten) zulässt, weiter verbessern möchte.

Lena Crohmal Invitation to apply for the Journalism workshop in Berlin (18th - 22nd of November, 2019)We are inviting you to apply for the workshop "Upgrade of digital investigation, security and handling fake news - an international exchange" for journalists from Ukraine, Moldova, and Georgia. It takes place in Berlin, Germany between 18th and 22nd of November, 2019. In many countries conflict and crisis endanger independent, accurate and objective journalism. Sometimes journalism even sharpens conflicts. It´s difficult to recognize propaganda, hate-speech and different interests of conflict-parties. Besides, the personal and digital security of journalists often is threatened. Some conflicts continue hampering the countries' development for decades after their official ending. After almost three decades of transformation, democracy in Eastern Europe diversely presents itself. These problems will be the main focus of the journalism seminar of WECHANGE and taz Panter Foundation. 15 journalists will be invited to exchange their experience and discuss these issues with experts. Participants will meet journalists, politicians, public stakeholders and experts. They will learn how other countries deal with the past and actual challenges for democracy. Participants will get to know the German media landscape and exercise some techniques of conflict-sensitive journalism. Attendees will also gain an understanding of digital security. Further information: Expenses including travel costs, hotel-accommodation in bedrooms (mostly shared by 2 persons) and most meals will be covered by WECHANGE. Our goal is to provide a common map platform (such as the mapoftomorrow.org and mapa.falanster.by) for civil society actors in Russia through which local initiatives can be mapped by volunteers. This should lead to better findability of sustainable organisations, promotes direct exchange and a sense of community at the local level, stabilises support structures and makes the socio-ecological transformation visible. Together with them we will set up ecobasa all-anew with their latest release and add documentation in the process. Then ecobasa will have a lot of new functions and elements and a completely new Facebook-like news stream, solid messaging system and greatly functional community apps for self-organisation (planning events, polls, documents, files, to-dos). For the new stuff we will need a restyling to fit and improve ecobasa's design (UX and Frontend).
